We use the government's own channels (TNDIPR, the CMO, and official social-media pages) for announcement and order provenance, which is their strength. But a government claim that it has "delivered" something does not by itself move a promise to delivered - that needs independent confirmation it actually reached people. This keeps the tracker from becoming a government PR mirror.
