வரி மற்றும் மானியங்களை மட்டுமே நம்பியிருக்கும் முறையிலிருந்து விலகி, செல்வத்தை உருவாக்கும் ஒரு புதிய பொருளாதார மாதிரியை நோக்கி தமிழகத்தை தமிழக வெற்றிக் கழக அரசு கொண்டு செல்லும். இதற்கு முந்தைய அரசுகள் வரி விதிப்பு மற்றும் சலுகைகளை மட்டுமே நம்பியிருந்த நிலையில், தவெக அரசு ரூ.50,000 கோடி மதிப்பீட்டில் ஒரு திட்ட முதலீட்டு ஆணையத்தை (Strategic Investment Authority) நிறுவும். இதன் மூலம் செமிகண்டக்டர்கள் (Semiconductors), மின்சார வாகனங்கள் (EVs), விண்வெளித் துறை (Aerospace), செயம்கை நுண்ணறிவு (AI) மற்றும் மேம்பட்ட உற்பத்தி போன்ற அதிவேக வளர்ச்சி கொண்ட துறைகளில் அரசு நேரடியாக பங்குதாரராக முதலீடு செய்யும். முதலீடுகளை வெறும் ஒருங்கிணைப்பு செய்வதோடு நின்றுவிடாமல், தமிழக அரசு த.வெ.க. ஆட்சியில் தொழில்துறையினருடன் இணைந்து முதலீடு செய்து, புதிய மதிப்புகளை உருவாக்கி, அதன் உரிமையைப் பகிர்ந்து கொள்ளும். இது லட்சக்கணக்கான உயர்தர வேலைவாய்ப்புகளை உருவாக்குவதுடன், மாநிலத்திற்கு வரி அல்லாத புதிய வருவாய் ஆதாரங்களையும் ஈட்டித் தரும்.The TVK government will move Tamil Nadu away from a system that relies solely on taxes and grants, towards a new economic model that creates wealth. Where earlier governments relied only on levying taxes and offering concessions, the TVK government will establish a Strategic Investment Authority with a corpus of Rs. 50,000 crore. Through this, the government will invest directly as a stakeholder in high-growth sectors such as semiconductors, electric vehicles (EVs), aerospace, artificial intelligence (AI), and advanced manufacturing. Not stopping at merely coordinating investments, under TVK rule the Tamil Nadu government will invest jointly with industry, create new value, and share ownership of it. This will create lakhs of high-quality jobs and also bring the state new non-tax sources of revenue.
