பொதுத்துறை நிறுவனங்களின் செயல்பாட்டுத் திறனை மேம்படுத்தவும், லாபத்தை அதிகரிக்கவும் மற்றும் நிதிச் சுமையைக் குறைக்கவும் அனைத்து பொதுத்துறை நிறுவனங்களிலும் தமிழக வெற்றிக் கழக அரசு கட்டமைப்பு சீர்திருத்தங்களை நடைமுறைப்படுத்தும். மேலும், நிர்வாகத்தை வலுப்படுத்த அந்தந்த துறை சார்ந்த நிபுணர்களை நியமிப்பதோடு, தொழில்முறை மேலாண்மை முறைகளையும் (Professional Management Practices) அறிமுகப்படுத்தும்.The TVK government will implement structural reforms across all public sector undertakings to improve their operational efficiency, increase profitability, and reduce the fiscal burden. Further, to strengthen administration it will appoint sector-specific experts and introduce professional management practices.
