முதலமைச்சர் மக்கள் சேவை நண்பர் திட்டத்தின் கீழ் ஒவ்வொரு கிராமப் பஞ்சாயத்து மற்றும் நகர உள்ளாட்சிகளில் 5 லட்சம் இளைஞர்கள் நிரந்தர பணியாளர்களாக நியமிக்கப்பட்டு அவர்களுக்கு மாத ஊதியமாக 18,000 ரூபாய் வழங்கப்படும். இந்தப் பணியாளர்கள் மாநில அரசின் சேவை மற்றும் திட்டங்கள் அனைத்து வீடுகளுக்கும் சென்று சேர்வதை உறுதி செய்வார்கள். அரசுக்கும் இளைஞர்களுக்கும் இடையிலான இந்த கூட்டு முயற்சி அரசு நிர்வாகம் சிறப்பாக செயல்பட உதவும்.Under the Chief Minister's People's Service Friend scheme, 5 lakh youth will be appointed as permanent staff in every village panchayat and urban local body, and they will be paid a monthly salary of Rs 18,000. These staff will ensure that the state government's services and schemes reach every household. This joint effort between the government and youth will help the government administration function better.
