திருக்குறளை ஒவ்வொரு மாணவரது வாழ்வின் ஒரு செயற்பாட்டு அங்கமாக மாற்றும் நோக்கில் ஒரு சிறப்புத் திட்டம் அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்படும். 300 குறள்களை முழுமையாகக் கற்றுத் தேர்ந்த மாணவர்களுக்குப் பணப் பரிசுகள் மற்றும் கல்வி உதவித்தொகைகள் வழங்கப்படும். பள்ளிகள் மற்றும் வணிகக் கல்வி நிறுவனங்களில் திருக்குறள் ஒரு சிறப்புப் பாடமாக அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்படும்.A special scheme will make the Thirukkural a living part of every student's life. Students who fully master 300 kurals will receive cash prizes and scholarships; those who master all 1,330 will get global cultural exposure and long-term educational support. The Thirukkural will be introduced as a special subject in schools and commerce colleges.
