மொழிப்போர் தியாகிகளின் தியாகத்தைப் போற்றும்வகையில் அவர்களின் குடும்பத்தினருக்கு வழங்கப்படும் ஓய்வூதியம் ஆண்டுக்கு தலா இரண்டரை (ரூ.2,50,000) லட்சமாக உயர்த்தப்படும். மொழிப்போர் தியாகிகளை நினைவுகூரும் வகையில், மாணவர்களுக்கு பேச்சுப் போட்டிகள், கட்டுரைப்போட்டிகள் நடத்தப்படும்.To honour the sacrifice of the language-struggle martyrs, the pension to their families will be raised to ₹2,50,000 a year each. Speech and essay competitions will be held for students to commemorate the martyrs.
