To market Tiruppur's apparel globally, a Tiruppur Textile Technology Center will be set up. • Robotic Machine Centres in Coimbatore: In Coimbatore there are numerous micro and small enterprises that make pumps, motors, CNC machines and wet grinders. To support these products, ultra-modern robotic machine centres worth 1000 crore rupees will be set up. Micro and small enterprises can use these for their growth. • EV Bus body-building workshops in Karur, Namakkal: In Karur and Namakkal there are currently many body-building workshops operating for buses and lorries. They will be upgraded into body-building workshops for EV vehicles and 300 crore rupees of funds will be allocated. • Erode Jewellery and Digital Textile Centres: To improve the jewellery and textile industries, an Erode Design and Commerce Hub will be set up, under which 3D jewellery printing labs and digital design studios for fabrics will be created. To market these products globally, a direct online marketplace will be created. • Salem Special Materials Manufacturing Zone: A special economic zone worth 500 crore rupees will be set up in Salem, and a Special Materials Valley will be created to make iron and steel equipment used in the space, medical and defence sectors. • Dharmapuri-Krishnagiri Mango Industry Corridor: 5 integrated mango processing parks will be set up in Dharmapuri-Krishnagiri districts. In these, cold storage, mango pulp production and direct export facilities will be established. • Hosur – Krishnagiri Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Zone: Zones for high-quality pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises meeting World Health Organization quality controls will be set up in the Hosur – Krishnagiri area. • Pollachi Coconut Industrial Estate - A special industrial estate will be set up to produce value-added coconut products and coconut oil.
